Nabakem SS-COAT 909 is a premium silver hot-dip galvanizing coating specially formulated to protect steel and metal surfaces against rust, corrosion, and harsh environmental conditions. Uses

How to use
• Pre-treament
- Steel surface preparation: Completely remove red rust, black scale, and other contaminants via sand blasting, shot blasting, or acid cleaning
- Degreasing and drying: Ensure no residual oil, dust, or moisture remains, as these can reduce coating adhesion

• Coating methods
1. Spray method (aerosol product)
- Shake the can vigorously for about 1 minute until a rattling sound is heard before spraying
- Spray evenly onto the pre-treated surface.
- Maintain a distance of approximately 30 cm from the surface during spraying.
- Apply multiple thin coats rather than a single thick coat for optimal results.

※ Post-use storage: After use, invert the container and spray until no liquid remains to prevent nozzle clogging.

2. Air gun application (bulk product)
- Spray uniformly onto the pre-treated surface, similar to conventional paint application.

3. Brush application (bulk product)
- Apply evenly to the pre-treated surface.
- Brush in a single direction to avoid visible brush marks.

Cautions
• Always use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
• When applying a topcoat, test compatibility in advance, as the properties of the undercoat may affect the final result. Only proceed if no issues are observed.
• Stir thoroughly before use.
• If painting for an extended time, shake occasionally to keep metal powder evenly dispersed, as settling may occur.
• Do not apply directly in acidic or alkaline environments, or on surfaces wet with acid.
(In such cases, use a chemical-resistant topcoat.)
• Avoid long-term use in areas continuously immersed in hot water (above 40℃).
• If a heating process is available, the product can also be used as a baking primer by heating and drying at 100℃ for more than 20 minutes.
• If the aerosol can will not be used for a long period after partial use, store it upside down and spray until no more liquid comes out to prevent nozzle clogging.
• As this is a flammable product containing high-pressure gas, strictly observe the following precautions:

   - Do not use toward open flames.
   - Do not use near stoves, heaters, or other sources of ignition.
   - Do not use indoors where open flames are present.
   - Do not store in places where the temperature exceeds 40℃.
   - After use in enclosed spaces, ensure proper ventilation.
   - Do not dispose of the product in fire.
   - After use, puncture the empty can to completely release any remaining gas before disposal.
   - Do not store in confined spaces.
   - Spraying performance may be poor at temperatures below 5℃.
