Nabakem Zincot N-50 is a high-performance cold galvanising coating designed to provide superior corrosion and rust protection for steel and metal surfaces. Formulated with high purity zinc content, this industrial-grade coating creates a durable protective layer that helps prevent oxidation and extends the lifespan of metal equipment and structures. Suitable for industrial maintenance, automotive repair, pipelines, machinery, welding touch-up, fences, and outdoor metal applications.

Features
• Excellent heat resistance: up to 250°C.
• Provides long-term rust prevention.
• Can be welded even after coating.
• Salt spray test: 5% salt solution, 360 hours.
• Impact test: 500g weight dropped from 50cm (coating thickness 20μm).
• Bending test: No change in coating when bent 180 degrees at 2mm intervals.

How to use
• Before application, thoroughly remove oil, grease, rust, dust, and other contaminants from the surface.
• Shake well before use, and continue to shake frequently during use.
• For best results, apply several thin coats rather than a single thick coat.
• For long-term storage, after use, hold the container upside down and spray until no more liquid comes out.

Cautions
• Always shake well before use.
• If painting for an extended period, shake occasionally to prevent settling of active ingredients and maintain uniformity.
• Do not use directly in acidic or alkaline environments, or on surfaces wet with acid.
(In such cases, use a chemical-resistant topcoat.)
• Avoid prolonged use in areas continuously immersed in hot water (above 40℃).
• If the aerosol can will not be used for a long time after partial use, store it upside down and spray until no more liquid comes out to prevent nozzle clogging.
• As this is a flammable product containing high-pressure gas, strictly observe the following precautions:

   - Do not use toward open flames.
   - Do not use near stoves, heaters, or other sources of ignition.
   - Do not use indoors where open flames are present.
   - Do not store in places where the temperature exceeds 40℃.
   - After use in enclosed spaces, ensure proper ventilation.
   - Do not dispose of the product in fire.
   - After use, puncture the empty can to completely release any remaining gas before disposal.
   - Do not store in confined spaces.
   - Spraying performance may be poor at temperatures below 5℃.
